New Year, New Theme
I splurged a bit to overhaul the look of Glunders Reads Comics — a new theme for the price of three comics! Man oh man. Hopefully you like the new look. DISQUS comments are now enabled, so you can verbally abuse me if you don’t.
In other news, there are a couple of new feature-y things I’d like to do on this site as 2012 gets underway. Time allowing, I’ll be rolling out…
- New 52 Revisited: A critical look at the first completed story arcs of DC Comics’ New 52 titles. I’ve been reading these on a month-to-month basis, and now that the first storylines are wrapping up, I figured it’s a good time to read through consecutive issues as if they’re collected editions, basically.
- Pick(s) of the Week: Pretty straightforward. I can’t guarantee I’ll always get to these on Wednesday, but expect them on the regs. Links to ComiXology and physical retailers will be provided so you can join in.
- Notable Drops: Self-explanatory. If something’s leaving my pull and I want you to know about it, you shall!
